Library cards are free for those who live in the village of Tiskilwa or pay property taxes in Arispie or Indiantown townships.
Other individuals who don't meet either of those requirements can purchase a non-resident library card for $40/year.

The checkout period for library materials (excluding videos/DVD's) is two weeks.
Renewals will be considered upon request.
Videos may be checked out for two days, with a limit of two videos per family.
Overdue items are fined at ten cents per day.
Overdue videos are fined at $1 per day per video.
No library item will be checked out to a borrower incurring a fine until that fine is paid.

Home delivery of library materials is available to Tiskilwa's mobility-impaired residents.
